CONTEST RULES

This New Look contest is governed by the following rules. By entering the contest, you agree to abide by these rules and the decisions of New Look (which are final and binding) and all applicable laws.

1. General details: No purchase is necessary to enter. The contest will run from Friday, March 22, 2024 at 10:30 a.m. (EST) to Tuesday, December 31, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. (EST). Entries must be received by the deadline to be eligible. The contest is open to residents of Canada who are individuals who have reached the age of majority on the date of entry. Contest is subject to change or end without any notice.
2. Registration: By completing this survey, you have been automatically entered into our draw.
   
   You are solely and entirely responsible for ensuring that your entry is submitted correctly. Only one entry per user.
   
   
3. Eligibility: You may not enter the Contest if you are an employee, representative, agent, officer or director of New Look, or a member of the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) or a person living with an employee, representative, agent, officer or director of New Look.
4. Disqualification: New Look may disqualify you if you fail to meet the Contest eligibility criteria, fail to comply with or attempt to circumvent these rules, attempt to disrupt or undermine the Contest, or attempt to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrant or any New Look representative.
5. Winner: Winner will be selected as determined below. New Look will notify you by email if you have been selected to receive a prize. You will have 48 hours to contact us to claim your prize or we will name a new winner. To be declared a winner and eligible to receive the prize, you must comply with these rules.
6. Draw: New Look will conduct a random draw every 3 months from among all eligible entries received throughout the Contest Period, at the office of New Look, the Contest Administrator (4405 Chem. du Bois-Franc, Saint-Laurent, QC H4S 1A8) to select the potential Contest winner.
7. Prizes: The prize to be won are: a New Look gift cards valued at $500 every 3 months, redeemable in-store only. Winner must accept prize as awarded. The winner will be responsible for placing an in-store order and picking up the products at an authorized retailer.
8. Advertising: Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Contest constitutes the winner's consent to the use by New Look of the winner's name, city of residence and photograph for promotional purposes without further notice, permission, payment or consideration.
9. Consent to Personal Information: Any personal information you provide to enter the Contest will only be used to administer the Contest, for the purposes described in these Rules, or as otherwise required or permitted by law, and you consent to New Look's use and disclosure of your personal information for these purposes. Your personal information will be handled in accordance with New Look's Privacy Policy and Privacy Code (available at www.newlook.ca).
10. Disclaimer: New Look is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting directly or indirectly from: (a) your participation in, or inability to participate in, the Contest; (b) any lost, late, misdirected, illegible, incomplete or undeliverable entries, or any delays or failures in the transmission, processing, receipt or consideration of entries; (c) any technical malfunctions affecting your participation in the Contest or the operation of the Contest; (d) any injury or damage to persons or property caused directly or indirectly by your participation in the Contest; (e) your receipt, use or claiming of a prize, or your inability to receive, use or claim a prize; or (f) human error, theft, destruction or other factors beyond New Look's control.
11. Release and Indemnity: By participating in the Contest, you release, and agree to indemnify and hold harmless, New Look, all companies listed in Section 7, Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, LinkedIn and their employees, directors, officers, affiliates, agents, judges and promotional and advertising agencies from and against any and all damages, injuries, claims, causes of action, liability or loss (including actual legal fees and expenses), known or unknown, absolute or contingent, resulting from or related to:
    
    (a) your failure to comply with any of these rules;
    (b) your participation in the Contest;
    (c) any misrepresentation you make under these rules or otherwise to New Look;
    (d) your receipt, use or claiming of a prize, or your inability to receive, use or claim a prize.
